What to wear:
Clothing that is not too loose nor too tight.
High-waisted capris or pants are best. NO Shorts.
Tops that are a bit longer, not low-cut and have sleeves.
Have some food in your belly, but not too much. It's recommended that if class begins at 6pm, have a snack around 4:30pm.
NOPE! Do NOT wear perfumes, colognes, body sprays, and/or essential oils. These will transfer to our materials and stain them.

Can I show up without registration?
Sure..... but you are not guaranteed a Swing!
Pre-registration is the best way to guarantee you have a spot for our Aerial Events.
Students who should not participate due to:
Glaucoma or detached retina
Easy Onset Vertigo
Uncontrolled high or low blood pressure
Recent Concussion or Head Injury
Hiatal Hernia or Disc Herniation
Artificial or Re-Surfaced Hips
Botox (within 24 hours of class)
If you experience 'car sickness' easily, you may also find the Aerial Swing Yoga to be challenging, but you can still attend. However, we recommend taking something for motion sickness at the recommended dosage/duration before class begins.
Refund/Cancellation for Aerial Workshops and Special Events:
Full refunds will be issued within 24hours of the event. No partial refunds will be given.
We maintain the health of our swings with a yearly ‘check-up’ on all swing attachments and washing of the swings twice a year (or more often if needed).
