One afternoon workshop: Anatomy of the Breath

Ashtanga taught in the traditional 'Mysore' style

Ashtanga taught in the traditional 'Mysore' style

"...The Mysore method provides the opportunity for individualized practice within a group setting, rather than a led or guided class where everyone is doing the same pose at the very same moment. In the Mysore method, students are supported and assisted in the practice where and when they need it. This allows for a deeper connection to develop between teacher, student, and the practice..."

Sorry, David's Mysore Workshops are SOLD OUT! We still have space in his Anatomy of the Breath Workshop.

Anatomy of the Breath Workshop

Anatomy of the Breath Workshop

The breath can be used as a link between mind and body through the nervous system. Manipulation and control of the breath can have an impact on the reactivity or calmness you hold in your nervous system.

This workshop gives participants an opportunity to understand anatomical concepts and principles that apply directly to breathing on and off the yoga mat. The information is always presented in a simple and straightforward manner.

Once you understand the mechanism and function, you can begin to work with your own breath in an increasingly meaningful way.
