6:00–8:00pm Introduction: How Ashtanga Yoga can be an approach to establish and maintain your mental health.

Saturday August 26

8:00–10:00am Mysore Practice

10:00–11:00am Guided Meditation

2:00–5:00pm Meditation Talk and Practice: Learn how the 8 limbs of ashtanga yoga work together to help establish and enhance calm mental states.  - Understanding reactivity and triggers and how to healing emotional and mental wounds through meditation practice  

Sunday August 27

8:00–10:00am Mysore Practice

10:00–11:00am Guided Meditation

11:00–1:00pm Brunch

1:00–3:00pm Closing Teaching: Understanding Concentration, Meditation and Samadhi and how to practice these methods 24 hours a day to heal the mental wounds and sustain mental health.
