Jennifer Grubb

I decided to teach yoga to pass on the many benefits I had gained from practicing yoga to others as well as helping to cultivate our community of students.

Before Yoga

I had no idea what to expect, but I definitely didn’t think it would be as challenging as it is. Yoga has enabled me heal and grow. I have been fighting disease and pain for years and it has helped me to cope and to grow so much stronger. It has increased my patience and endurance in all areas of my life. 

Breath, Body and Mind

I am fascinated by the physiological effects of yoga and yoga anatomy. I also find the effects of changing the breath to be quite intriguing.

All my fellow yogis inspire me, especially my fellow Ashtangis. Everyone has been through so many trials... so many challenges. But their desire and perseverance stands true and one would be hard pressed to find another community near as strong and supportive as this one.
