Cycling and yoga! One of the many outdoor highlights of the Greater Dayton area is our miles of bike paths. We will take advantage of the summer weather and beautiful scenery to get some exercise and learn some cycling specific yoga poses. Each ride will highlight a different bike path, giving us a chance to learn the sites and history of Dayton. Each ride ends at a local watering hole so we can hang out and refuel.
Each ride will have a half-way rest point for a water break and a short yoga sequence to keep our muscles and minds happy for the second half of the ride.
All rides will be 20+ miles. These ride are appropriate for lightweight bicycles (road bikes or hybrids), and for cyclists who can maintain speeds of ~14-16mph. Bring water bottles and a helmet. If you are interested in a more casual ride, check out our Stretch & Cycle Lite Rides!
All rides are on Sunday morning, 10am. $20/ride. Register for all 4, save $10.
