I’m inspired to teach others yoga due to all the benefits that can be obtained by practicing yoga. I love to share the information I have learned and continue to learn. I will teach as many older beginning practitioners as possible. There’s only one requirement: that they are receptive.

Not the Cure of All, but a Tool for All

It will not solve all your problems but will help give you the tools to really look at who you are and how you want to relate to others. Also, if you are not thin and flexible (a preconceived idea) so what!... learn your own limits, modify your pose, keep practicing and live life to the fullest. If that sounds appealing, yoga is for you.

Ahhh... Relaxed

I love the feeling of relaxation at the end of a yoga practice, not only in savasana (last resting pose), but in the day or evening that follows. There are so many benefits and different types of meditation you can experience. It is wonderful to disconnect with the fast-paced and busy world we live in and find peace in your soul.

Meditation Fascinates Me

To find all the different ways to accomplish a five minute or an hour sitting is amazing and the experience afterward brings a new lift in the heart and mind. It lets you go about your daily living with a renewed attitude. There is always room for growth in any aspect of meditation and yoga.
