Sonja's last taught yoga class as the owner of Kai Yoga Studio

 

Date: Friday, August 31

Time: 430-ihspm-8:30-ishpm

Where: YMCA, Central Park (rain location is Kai Yoga Studio)

Details: Bring a dish to share (please label for those with food sensitivities).
      Kai will provide water, plates, plastic ware, napkins, etc.

Yoga Time: 6:30-7:30pm

Graduation Ceremony: 7pm (Yes..... in the middle of the yoga class. You're intrigued, aren't you?)

FREE! And, kid friendly. There is a waterpark as well as a 'dry' park for the kids to play at. We'll also have glow sticks and bubbles
