Beginner Yoga 101

Cate will lead this special event class intended for people new to yoga. Unsure of what to wear? Don’t know what to expect in a yoga class? Cate will answer your questions and teach you to move your body through the foundational postures of yoga in a safe, supportive environment. This class will be limited to just a few participants. Included in your registration are two additional classes at Kai to help you explore what type of yoga is best for you!

This series is 4 weeks, beginning Tuesday Sept 10 and ending Tuesday Oct. 1. Please choose either the morning or the evening time slot. Click the link below to register. $70
