Aerial Yoga WorkshopS

Beginner's Aerial Yoga

Sunday, April 2, 1-3:30pm

Want to try aerial yoga but uncertain where to start? Been taking aerial classes but looking for an opportunity to hone your skills? This workshop is for you! We will start at the very beginning, from how to hang your swing, to more advanced poses including arm balances and inversions. Join us for a day of fun, learning, and new challenges! *THIS IS NOT A CLASS FOR BRAND NEW YOGIS!* Previous yoga experience is highly preferred! Class size is limited to 12, so register early!



Aerial Renew and restore

Sunday, April 2, 1-3:30pm

Start the week off right with a relaxing and replenishing yoga practice. Aerial yoga helps relieve compression and stress in the body, allowing for deeper stretching and supported restorative postures. This class will leave you refreshed and ready to tackle the week. Previous yoga experience preferred, no previous aerial experience necessary.
