EveryBody Yoga 101
Yoga is a practice that is accessible to all, regardless of body type or ability. We understand that it can be very daunting to go to a class when you're not sure what your body can do! This introductory series is designed to take the fear out of trying a yoga class when you're worried you might be too heavy, too out of shape, or too "just not right" to go to yoga. We'll learn common yoga postures and how you can modify them in a yoga class to best suit your body and its needs.
This 4-week series will meet Monday nights from 7-8:30, Jan. 9-30, 2017. Cost is $45 and includes 4 free class passes to try other classes at Kai Yoga! Please register in advance using the link below.
