What is ASHTANGA?

Ashtanga is a system of yoga that synchronizes breath, movement and attention to create a moving meditation. At Kai yoga, we use Ashtanga as a basis for many of our classes. We believe yoga should be accessible for every body, regardless of build, size, ability, or capability.
