Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music. an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help you relax and release stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns.

Sound Bath 2-3p ($25) Outside on Birch Bark campgrounds (1455 River Road, Urbana, OH). REGISTER

Option to canoe/kayak down the Mad River (approximately 2 hours, 2.5 if you float!) Pricing depends on what you reserve.

This will be a full day if you choose both! Be prepared.

What to bring-

Sound bath only:A mat if you have one. A beach towel or light blanket. Bug spray (citronella incense available). Water.

Floating on the river: While it may be hot that day, being on the river can get very cool. Dress in layers. You will get wet- on purpose or by accident. Bring a waterproof bag or purchase one at the livery. Flip flops and slides are not recommended. The Livery does not sell food. Port-a-pots are available. Got one of those “pocket panchos"? Bring it.

Visit Urbana or West Liberty for a meal. Check the hours for Sunday!

If you choose to float BEFORE the Sound Bath, choose 11:30a or so you have time to join the 2p Sound Bath.

If you choose to float AFTER the Sound Bath, choose 3:30p or 4p.
