Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music. an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help you relax and release stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns.
Each month will have a different theme incorporating the healing singing bowls.
To purchase a single ($25) Sound Bath or to register using your Sound Bath Pass, choose your date.
