It is said that growth lays just outside of your comfort zone. Are you rather new to yoga? Do the swings look fun, but you need to start slowly? Grab some friends for some healthy laughter, some discomfort and experimenting with new perspectives! Safety, set-up and fundamental poses will be covered.

BEGINNERS: This is YOUR CLASS!

Swings: 300lbs
Swing Mechanisms: 1,200lbs

Clothing that is not too loose nor too tight.
High-waisted capris or pants are best. NO Shorts.
