GENTLE HATHA

WEEKLY: Tuesdays 10a

STYLE: Hatha AUDIENCE: Beginner / No Experience to YOUR level

A gentle and beginner appropriate class based in the Hatha tradition of yoga. Attention to the breath, focused movement, and emphasis on intention are offered in this class. If getting up and down from the mat is a challenge, teachers can add a chair and other props to assist your practice.


HATHA

WEEKLY: Mondays 10a and Wednesdays 8a

Hatha Yoga classes are a led class where you learn and perfect the fundamentals of yoga poses while exploring the other limbs of yoga, like meditation and breath work (known as Pranayama). All classes are beginner-appropriate. Your teacher will make certain you are in safe alignment and offer modifications to meet you at your level of practice. Hatha is a slower paced class, but you will feel your body work!


YOGA FUNDAMENTALS

WEEKLY: Saturdays 9a

STYLE: Hatha AUDIENCE: Beginners - YOUR level

Based in the Hatha yoga tradition, this all-levels appropriate class focuses on the basic principles of yoga, combining movement and breath to bring peace to the body and mind. Taught in a “workshop” style where students are given the opportunity to explore the different poses. Take it to YOUR level!

This is a great class to start with if you are new to yoga!
