Host an Aerial Swing Yoga Event for you and 9 of your friends

Enjoy time with friends in one of our tailored-made Aerial Swing Party events. Allow one of Kai Yoga’s certified Aerial Yoga Teachers guide you and your friends in a fun and lighthearted day or evening out. (I.5 hours, $180)

Need more time? Feel free to bring snacks or beverages to be enjoyed after the Aerial Yoga session. (2.5 hours, $250)

Maximum number of participants: 10

Time: 1.5 hours (Class Only) OR 2.5 hours (Class and social time)

Cost: $180 (Class only) OR $250 (Class and social time)

Age Restrictions: Aerial participants must be 12 years and older

Refund/Cancellation for Aerial Swing Yoga Parties:
Full refunds will be issued within 14 days of the event. No refunds will be issued within 72 hours (3 days) of the event.

INFORMATION ABOUT SWINGS AND AERIAL CLASSES:

Weight Limit:
Swings: 300lbs
Swing Mechanisms: 1,200lbs

What to wear:
Clothing that is not too loose nor too tight. 
High-waisted capris or pants are best. NO Shorts (This is to avoid Swing burn on the inner thigh.)
Tops that are a bit longer, not low-cut and have sleeves.
Food:
Have some food in your belly, but not too much. It's recommended that if class begins at 6pm, have a snack around 4:30pm.
Perfumes:
NOPE! Do NOT wear perfumes, colognes, body sprays, and/or essential oils. These will transfer to our materials and stain them.
Deodorant:
YUP! Please use it.

Motion Sickness:
If you experience 'car sickness' easily, you may also find the Aerial Swing Yoga to be challenging, but you can still attend. However, we recommend taking something for motion sickness at the recommended dosage/duration before class begins.

DO NOT SWING if you have or experience: (Please inform the instructor)

  • Artificial or Re-Surfaced Hips

  • Botox (within 24 hours of class) 

  • Detached retina 

  • Disc Herniation

  • Easy Onset Vertigo

  • Glaucoma or 

  • Heart Disease

  • Hiatal Hernia 

  • Pregnancy

  • Recent Concussion or Head Injury

  • Recent Stroke

  • Recent Surgery

  • Uncontrolled high or low blood pressure
