This is a 50-minute workout.  THIS IS NOT a yoga class.  This class will push you and make you sweat.  It is designed for those who want to add an element of cardio and specific strengthening to their routine.  It is NOT going to get you ready to run a marathon or to compete in CrossFit games.  

Generally, the class is 5-10 minutes of warm-up, 20-30 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and then strength work (body weight, bands, lighter weights, etc.)  This class can be high impact if you choose it to be.  However, it is taught with low impact in mind.  The class varies in content and even location.  Sometimes we meet at the Fairborn Fitness Court, adjacent to the Fairborn YMCA.

BRING: Good exercise shoes, water and towel. Weights if you you have them!
