AUDIENCE: Beyond Beginner to Intermediate

A briskly paced class designed to move you through the foundational postures of traditional yoga with a focus on strength building, development of flexibility, and attention to mindfulness. Taught in a warm room (78 degrees), Move Your Asana! will detox the body with a good old-fashioned sweat!


Stretch and Strengthen

WEEKLY: Wednesdays 6:15-7:30p

STYLE: Hatha Yoga AUDIENCE: Some experience/Intermediate

Based in the Hatha tradition of yoga. Focuses on balance, strength, flexibility, and breathing. Core and shoulder strength is highlighted. Light weights and other props may be used in class. Introduces more mentally and physically challenging postures as students progress.


VINYASA YOGA

WEEKLY: Wednesdays 4:45- 6p

STYLE: Hatha Yoga AUDIENCE: Some Experience Recommended

Vinyasa Yoga is a faster-paced series of postures that focuses on the flow between movements, rather than individual poses. Typically a dynamic practice that is not recommended for New to Yoga Beginners.
