Ahhhhh, the day AFTER Thanksgiving..... let's take time to move the body mindfully and with purpose. In this Yin/Yang Yoga class with Sonja, let her show you the softer side of Yoga. Then, we'll pick up a little more activity, maybe even sweat a little bit, as we move into a Yang-themed flow. We'll finish the practice with long-held, much needed therapeutic Yin postures.
As always, this is a move at your own pace Yoga class. Some experience is desired, but not necessary.
Prepare to move, and dress in layers to keep the body's temperature comfortable as it heats and cools off again.
