A little about Thich Nhat Hanh: (From Wiki) Nhất Hạnh has published more than 100 books, including more than 40 in English. He is active in the peace movement, promoting nonviolent solutions to conflict. He also refrains from animal product consumption as a means of nonviolence towards non-human animals.

Join Jen for a Friday happy hour like no other. Experienced flyers will have a blast trying new inversions and taking leaps of aerial faith. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts to set up your swing.

This class is designed for the Beginner in mind! Are you new to yoga? Join us! Are you new to Aerial yoga? Join us!
We'll introduce the basics of the Aerial Swing as well as some of the common poses found in an Aerial Yoga Swing Class.
Wear comfortable clothing, but shorts are not recommended (capris are fine). Also, refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, and/or essential oils as these products will sometimes transfer to the fabric of our swings.
Do not eat right before class, but it is recommended that you have a small snack 2 hours before class begins.
