This workshop is led by Judy James, a Kai member! If you haven’t met Judy in person, you have felt her presence in the studio. Look for the poems and the bookmarks! After a short centering practice and gentle stretch, Judy will give us ways to unleash the creative power found in and through writing. Everyone must register ($20). Proceeds will be donated to the Fisher House!
